After a month of being lied too my the insurance company and the tour company and thanks to Chase Credit Card I received my refund of over 3K.
Just protect yourself when ever you sign up for a trip. I would suggest that if you are going to buy insurance go to an outside company and not the one doing business to the tour company.

there was no fine print. order placed on the phone with OAT. Who would ever request a voucher over a cash refund?

We have used Allianz for a couple of trips abroad. Coverage is reasonable and affordable.

They are the one tied into OAT. They were of no value whatso ever and then sent me back to oat. They kept sending information that was of no value. I would never use them again.
