Those look to be four Weber 48 IDA dual throat carbs. Besides looking so cool, Webers are great carbs which until fuel injection became the norm, was the standard on many V8 powered Can Am cars. One of the big advantages of Webers is how easy it is to change the jetting - not just the mains, but the air correction, idle, accelerator pump and emulsion tubes - you can change all of those an a minute or two when tuning. Of course, there are 4 carbs to change. As far as cost goes, it’s certainly cheaper and less complicated to run a big 4 barrel, but in terms of power, I’d bet on the Webbers every time. At ~ 4K$ for that setup, you can bet there’s a reason besides looks for spending the big $. Each of the 4 throats of an 850CFM double pumper Holly is 1.75” dia. which yields 9.6 sq in with all barrels open, while the 8 48mm Weber throats yields 22.4 sq in - it’s all about air flow (while retaining low/mid engine speed drivability).

Thanks for the info TriX. The Webers were always great looking but I never knew much about how they worked.
