Coming home, I saw pelicans and I just had to pull on the shoulder and open the window. I know they’re common but I love watching them. I did not spend much effort on editing, so comments are welcome

What a "lucky" shot! Perfect lighting to show the silhouette of the fish in the pelican's mouth! I love pelicans too!

Nice. Pelicans are so orderly. They even seem to fly in formation. Here you caught a bunch with the same beak angle! How do they do that?

When we take the time to look we see and we can appreciate. In similar fashion a photo stops time affording the opportunity to ‘really’ see what’s before us. They were so actively feeding that details like this weren’t noticed.
Thank you for looking.

Thank you Chief.
Amazingly acrobatic in flight as well. When watching them fish their coordinated actions indicate that they had a tough boot camp and paid attention too😧.

Thank you very much Joe.
By cropping, the photos show me things my eye misses when there is so much activity.
