As usual .>, I was eating lunch out by the pond and along came Mr. Squirrel.., I had put out nuts earlier and sure enough he came …
Love the squirrel shot Bob. Feed them and they will come!

I'm not generally a big fan of ostensibly 'cutesy' squirrel shots, but whenever a "wildlife" shot (be that of a squirrel, a farting (or bellowing) 'gator, or even a stealthy and slithy Himalayan Snow Leopard) reveals the character of a creature so heinous and vile (to a viewer like me) such that it descends into the depths of dread, and instills in (me) an existential horror that's essentially existential --while it simultaneously plumbs down into something so primal that (in some lizard-brain sort of ineffable way) it's way beyond words, and intimates the actual presence of an Evilness that is simultaneously demonic and demented-- I guess you could say I'm 'all in'.
After viewing this image, Doc, I don't expect to be able to sleep particularly well tonight. Or, perhaps, ever again.

kinda cute for an arboreal rodent ...
One more time trying to send this.
Great shot. Doesn't look like he misses too many meals.

I find them to be cute until they choose to take up residence in my back yard. They can be quite destructive, at least the guys who choose to make their subterranean home under my tile patio. If they mind their manners, great. If not, I am not a fan. Nice shot though!
