#1 is not true. The rest, thus, may be suspect.

The last one is a myth, too.

In fact, the Amazon rain forest probably produces between 6 and 8% of the world's total oxygen (via photosynthesis). However, it also probably consumes most of that oxygen itself.

Several years ago when there was a lot of deliberate burning of Amazon rain forest (to clear for farming) several politicians and activists were using the 20% figure, which is wildly exaggerated like most things related to "climate change". Another example, the CO2 or "carbon" everyone is so worried about is actually good for plants and NASA has detected increased greening around the globe in recent years as CO2 levels have risen. In fact, along with an approx. 1.5C increase in temps over the last 100 years, and with some clever plant husbandry, today there are larger harvests and less hunger worldwide even as our global population has quadrupled.

EDIT: I just found this deeper explanation of the Amazon rain forest myth... https://www.factcheck.org/2019/09/amazon-doesnt-produce-20-of-earths-oxygen/

And this rebuttal to the myth about Ohio's lakes: https://ohiodnr.gov/discover-and-learn/land-water/inland-lakes/natural-lakes-ohio

Oh, and there is one state that has no natural lakes... Maryland. It has rivers and freshwater ponds. But no lakes.

Quite interesting. Although, Ohio has Lake Erie. Do you suppose it qualifies as man-made?

As I said, "for what it's worth". I can't authenticate everything that I read. Sorry.

The second one is wrong, too.

There are five cities on two continents.

Istanbul, Atyrau (small city in Kazakhstan), Orenburg (Russia) on the same river, Magnitogorsk also Russia & Suez, Egypt.

You are correct! I guess this proves not to believe everything you see on the internet.
