A black teenager went to the wrong house to pick up his little brother. The owner apparently shot him right through the door. He said he was afraid.
In upstate NY, some young women pulled into the wrong driveway. As they were turning around, the homeowner came out and fired two shots at them, killing a 20-year-old woman.

Well, your god Joe Biden was interviewed on a news show, and they were discussing firearms. Biden said he and faux Dr. Jill kept a shotgun at home, and in case of trouble she was to go out on the upper deck and fire two shells off to scare away the bad guys. Joe then said he felt it would be better just to fire the two rounds through the front door without opening it. He said that would solve the problem. I guess the old geezer just took his presidents word for it and did what Biden said he would you. Where’s the harm in that?

These stories, like real estate, are frequently about location, location, location. If home owners in Portland, Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, or other liberal strongholds with prosecutors refusing to send criminals to jail are paranoid and quick to shoot, I see these incidents, at least in nonsmall measure, as a direct result of stupid public policy. If these stories are happening in areas where the police and prosecutors are active, only then do I tend to find fault solely with the shooters.
