Yes, very nice images!
To me the 1st and 3rd - in particular - are each a "very good starting point" for a little bit of additional image editing. I mean this constructively, as they are already very, very good. I just think there's potential to make them really great!
Would you like to see what I mean? If so, I can do a few quick "tweaks" that I think would do them justice, as examples. (I don't like to do any editing to other peoples' images without their permission.)
Thank you Barbara, I appreciate the kind words.

Thank you for comment Alan. I appreciate constructive advice. I would be happy to see your version of my work in a PM but I do not want you post on this thread. My version my appear to be a good starting point to you but they are what I deliberately worked to as an end point. Thanks for asking and for your interest.
Gorgeous results, Phil. A single click onto the image itself places it on a black background, making these really pop!
More impressive work, Phil!

Thanks Linda, I am still getting a big difference, mainly in brightness, between thumbnail and downloads. The downloads look the way I intended, at least on my screen.

Thank you Mike! I sure enjoyed my trip with you "down south". I think it will be June or July before one or two or my favorite Sierra passes open.

Thanks Chief! More than any bird, that beak is expressive.
