DA Bragg has filed a federal laws suit against Jom Jordan for his interference.
Gotta love this stuff.

Jordan reply was
“””” First, they indict a president for no crime..,.””
Wrong trump is not president

POTUS's are entitled to the moniker of President...for life...
President Clinton, President Bush, President Obama, and (unfortunately) President Trump.
Where are you from, who knows everything, but does not seem to know this fact?
If that moron, Bragg, uses one cent of Federal funds in his prosecution of Donald Trump, he's at the beck and call of Congress.
Funny how the Dimms want to ram settlements down the throats of local PD's, schools, etc., when they receive Federal funds, but when the shoe is on the other foot...
Sauce for the goose, Mr. Saavik!!

Quit being a douche...
He is President Trump. That is his title. Is title more acceptable than moniker?
Of course not. Nothing from another poster is acceptable to you.
The are lots of pointless trolls on here...but you take the cake for arguing about absolutely anything. I can imagine you arguing with a tree stump about what bark actually is.
President Trump is his title...sadly. He isn't "the President" but he is a President. You know this...yet continue to whine.
Need some cheese & crackers?

Emily Post says differently.
https://emilypost.com/advice/addressing-a-former-president-of-the-united-stateshttps://www.formsofaddress.info/president-usa-former/There is a distinction based on whether salutation is verbal or written.
Jim Jordan is knee deep in s...t. Bragg is so much smarter than Jordan, Trump, etc. Maybe Trump can find Rudy Guillianni or Michael Cohen to represent him. LOL!
Who cares about emily post's rules?
From your link (did you even read it?):
"The contemporary practice is to orally address and refer to former presidents as President (Surname) in conversation or in a salutation. NOTE: The current president is the only one to be identified as The President or addressed as Mr. President."

If Braggs was actually smarter than Jordan, he would not have indicted Trump on trumped up charges.

You will never "win" an argument with Tripple or DennyT no matter how many times you are right, but you probably already knew this anyway.

Of course I read it and if you read my second paragraph, I acknowledge that there is a distinction for "oral" address vs written.

Maybe that's because I gather the facts when I suggest someone has spoken in error. Emily Post (or her descendants) is a better reference on etiquette. You can be the arbiter: Is it not true that Emily post and other sources indicate that how a former president is addressed depends on whether it's verbal or written? Your response?
I was polite; he was condescending and petulent.
