CanoScan 8800F Drivers

Its been quite a while since I've posted anything. Looking forward to getting back into it.
I am currently looking to either buy, borrow or steal a copy of the CanoScan 8800F Drivers. Canon, has stopped
supporting this model. Thanks and I look forward to future postings. Tried everything! Nothing I could find on the Web.

Unfortunately, I didn't state that I needed the drivers for Windows 10. The drivers on the Canon Asia site
are both Mac as well as Windows but the Windows drivers do not work. I have tried everything back to Windows XP (need Win 10 (x64)) to no avail. Canon driver number 13.0.5 covers quite a few OP's but do not work.

I second the VueScan recommendation, I've been a VueScan Pro, (lifetime upgrades) user for longer than I can remember and am using it with my 8800F on Windows 11 Pro. Marvelous program.

Viewscan does work, minimally, also Windows 10 allows for basic scanning. I need the Canon drivers for advanced scanning, as well as "film scanning".

You obviously didn't pay the $100 for the "Professional" version of Vuescan. That's what you need for scanning film and using advanced features, and there are plenty. Even if you find the drivers for the Canon scanner, they may not be compatible with Windows 10.

Try this I'll post the link but it came from canons user forum. You have to run it in compatibility mode. Scroll down the forum for exact instructions
