Fuji recording in 1.3 minute segments

I just shot a short video on my X-T3. I shot in 4K at 24 fps, and the camera recorded the whole video, but in a series of 1.3 minute segments. I just got off the phone with Fuji tech support, and they said they had never heard of this and had no suggestions for me. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know of a solution?

Thanks,

Ben

Most cameras will automatically segment video files once they reach a certain size. This is a storage medium issue. They’re usually named sequentially. Use an editor software to put them back together.

I think my 300mb/s card is not fast enough.

Your camera manual will have a chart listing the bit rates of various formats in megabits per second. It will tell you what type card works with the formats you wish to record.
