While attending a block party in my city north of New Orleans I noticed this girl having a glass of wine with her friend sitting outside of a pub. The contrast of colors between her dress and the glass of wine she was drinking caught my eye and I thought to myself.. This is a great picture! So I walked up to her and explained to her how great a picture this would be after introducing myself and explaining my hobby to her. She agreed to having her picture taken and I told her I would send her a copy after I completed processing it. I thought it turned out great...

Wow, girl, I didn't know people still used that term for a woman. Excellent photo though. A guy up here lost his job for using the term ladies. life is getting very demanding.
