I taught Special Education regular 9th-grade classroom for 3 years after retiring from the industry. In the classroom, we had boys in semi-girlish attire, others in grunge black clothing with chains, and the Mexican tuff guys all with Mohawld haircuts. Actually, the majority of students were classic normal students. None of the subgroups were over the school code limits in action or dress [except girls displaying a bit too much]. In my thoughts, the society suppressed "normal" timid kids may well be on the edge of violence as much as the other groups.

Ban all Trans is a quick judgment... and if the spectrum of violent acts is gathered, would Trans really be the most likely to be violent? I doubt it.
