QUESTION...enlarging software

Read a conversation that drifted into software that enlarged images. Mentioned On One software that enlarged up to 1000%. Then someone mentioned freeware that did something similar, but I can't remember the name. Please help...I'd like to try it.

I went to download that picture resizing file you recommended but got a virus warning alert - has anyone else had that problem with the download?
