I really want to thank the Hoggers who:
1 - Told me my price was too high in the thread rather than in a PM and the add included OBO
2 - The several who piled on for or agin me and trashed the post.
3 - The clown who told me I posted in the wrong section when I reposted (I didn't)
Really nice crew I thought we had here.

You're referring to your last couple of topics in Buy/Sell?
Piling on, trashing, hijacking... all quite common in main discussion section. So stay away from that forum if you are easily offended or annoyed. Personally, I just imagine the jokers naked and afraid

Best thing is to look at the pictures and critique them TO YOURSELF. Use the site to learn what you like about the pictures and what you don't like...then translate that into what you see through your own camera's viewfinder. Your taste in subjects, lighting, framing, film or pixels, etc., is just that... YOUR taste. If you want to rate your photos against others, enter a photo contest or two, or join a camera club, or get together with a couple of friends with cameras and compare... Throwing yourself on the "mercy of the court" never worked well in books and cinema and certainly won't work in the main discussion of Ugly Hedgehog.

I know! I've had a bad week; two friends wives died in three days...I know how that feels. Then they trash, not one, not two, but, three attempts to sell a nice camera and accessories. Wound up selling most of it to MBP for a good price and relisted what they wouldn't take. Just bad timing. Most are terrific people.
