More Lupines.....
More Lupines.... I've driven past this outcropping of Lupines a dozen times, waiting for them to grow as big and thick as they could. So I finally stopped and took a series of photos that I had been planning on ever since I first saw them.
..The first photo shows a small part of the outcrop with a hole in the center, that's where I put my camera, pointing up, with a ten second shutter delay and a 12mm wide angle lens.
.. The second photo is the results of the camera looking straight up.
.. The third photo is wondering what the flowers see as I'm looking down and admiring the beauty of the moment.
.. The fourth photo is looking at most of the outcropping from along the road.
.. The fifth and final photo is including a growth of Brittlebush intermingling with the Lupines.

Thanks UTMike, same thing I was thinking.
Thanks lamiaceae, I was enjoying the shoot and a nearby horse was watching the whole thing too.
Good stuff, Jack. Nos. 2 & 3 in particular. It's not every day I get to see a new and innovative take on a common theme.

Thanks Cany143, when taking photos around Superstition Mountain, there's thousands taken every year, so I try to make mine stand out from the crowds. Like you say, gotta be innovative and see what comes of it.
