What/who is "The Guardian"? Does the guardian have a bias? Meantime I will live dangerously and watch the "Ancient Apocalypse." sounds like an asteroid colision or some such.
Calling it the"most dangerous" is a great way to get folks to watch it.
I've seen his videos before, and as far as I'm concerned, they're nonsense. He's a journalist who's making a name for himself, along with some money, by making ridiculous claims. Unlike the flat-earthers and the Big Foot crowd, he's receiving some acceptance, which just encourages him to keep going.
In a world where people don't accept facts, it's not surprising that they accept crazy ideas. The Loch Ness monster, faked moon landing, ancient aliens - why not? Has anyone offered definite proof that aliens did not help to build the pyramids? 😳
I have watched all of the episodes of Ancient Apocalypse. I have no problem accepting some of his theories as just that "theories". I found the program very interesting, entertaining, and sometimes educational. However, I do not believe in big foot, loch ness monster etc. I have no idea about ancient aliens. I do believe the earth is old enough and has gone through so many extreme climate changes, that much of really ancient history is wiped completely clean. I do wonder about the quality of those self-centered, self promoting, self inflated academic personnel who are so dogmatic about how so superior they think their intellect is, that their theories are beyond questioning. They cannot accept any theories except their own. Many theories have gone by the way side and replaced with new ideas as science advances. Such a shame that really educated academic personel with access to all the latest technology and genuine academic research waste their time promoting themselves instead of continuing to explore. Those who spew so much vitriol at Ancient Apocalypse are simply retired in place and should lose their tenure, or snap out of it
and continue to do genuine research. Their carping does not accomplish anything except loss of self respect.

The Guardian is the UK's best newspaper.
Well that is a short trailer. I don't even know what it's about. But if these are far out fringy extraordinary claims, then its not much different than the claims of von Däniken (of Chariots of the Gods fame), crop circles, Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster. And maybe one day they will find buried treasure on Oak Island!
