Effectively the live view is something of a JPEG rendition, which essentially means at least a level of basic processing/enhancement is being applied. You'd probably see the same difference in a download -- the raw file will look less vibrant (closer to the view finder view) while a JPEG will likely be closer to the live view.
The view through the viewfinder is irrelevant. Theres no image file that represents the SLR finder. Its the view that doesnt get recorded. Its tint and contrast arise from the plastic view screen, the mirror alloy, and the prism.
We have two actual image files being compared here and theres a difference between them.
