No, I do not support rape. It's that I do not consider a 17yo having sex with a 15yo to be rape. weren't you ever a teenager, Frank? That's what they do. At least that's what normal teenagers did when I was growing up. Now, if he was 30, then you can make a case.

Here in Connecticut a young man made a sex tape with his girlfriend when she was 15 and he was a year or two older.

BTW, there is a close in age exemption in Colorado law.... The following comes from the below link.
"Close-in-age exemptions. Close-in-age exemptions allow people below the age of
