I want a sling strap for a Sony RX 10 IV for a trip soon. Would really appreciate suggestions on type/brand and things to beware of. Many thanks.

I went on Ebay and bought and RX10 strap. I love the camera and wanted it to say RX10. It is Sony quality. My son uses one that hangs to the side which he likes better. I got an RX10 for him also. He uses a small strap on the tripod lug for his hand also. I don't use it myself but personal preferences. He likes it at his side and swings it up. He probably carries it more than me.

Agreed. These Peak Design straps are ideal. Their clip-in connectors make it easy to swap straps. (I go back and forth between the Slide (full strap) and their wrist strap, depending on circumstances.)

I use black rapid. But on trips and vacation, I only use a small loop.

Agree. I have both Peak Design Slide and Slide-Lite straps and the Slide-Lite is perfect for my RX10MIV
