The wife and I took the Railrunner train up to Santa Fe yesterday. I had my new R5 with the RF 24-105 lens with me. Here are a few images from that excursion.
Beautiful tour, Basil! Thanks for sharing.
Used to be a nice town! A bit hoity toity for me these days. But I have been called a curmudgeon before! Long before I met Jack!
Nice photos, though!

I completely understand and agree. Santa Fe is one of those "nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there" places for me. I just like the old-world history, the architecture and all the foo foo art work that only the ultra wealthy could afford. It is fun though to ride the train up and just spend a few hours walking around and photographing the "urban cowboys" in their $200 Stetsons and $700 designed cowboy boots.
Yep, I used to live in Albuquerque, some family still does. I visit often. The history in Santa Fe is fascinating and it's fun to visit Santa Fe from there, and then leave. But it wasn't always that way!
