Are you sure that's about photography and not a convention for home shutter manufacturers?

I have lived in and near st.louis all my life and there is no way I would spend $300-$500 plus for anything like this
Does the fee cover a hotel room probably not.
Plus I have never heard of any of the speakers, or models.
And WTH is rent a human?

Plus transportation and all meals.

The Computer Expo in Manhattan used to be free if all you wanted to do was look around. If you wanted to attend lectures (Boring!), then you had to pay. I don't that has run since Covid.

Yes, staying home is good. I drove just 206 miles last month - but it was a short month.

I like long drives, but I also like staying home. I've cut way back on driving. We used to drive over 300 miles round-trip visiting the relatives. Now, they're all gone. We used to drive to FL every year, but we shad enough of that. On the last return trip, I started in Orlando, and I kept driving till we got home. I just never felt like going through the motel routine.

Driving so little, the cost of gas hardly matters. The car averages 43 mpg, and I seldom drive. 😊

My son is just the opposite. He drives to work every day, and he just goes out for a drive when he feels like it. He also manages to find the most expensive gas somehow. He has a talent for that.

My Fit is a 2015, and I work at getting good mileage. He has a 2020, and he idles the engine at the drive-up window whenever possible. Still, his newer car gets better mileage than mine. Progress.

How about me sitting at the computer?

That avatar picture shows me in my 2009 Nissan Cube. It was a very nice car, but I wanted something smaller. The Fit fit the bill.
