Wow! I never knew it had that many verses! If my Kiwanis Club sang the whole thing instead of just the first verse, we would not have time for the meeting!

Last Sunday at church, All of the veterans were honored, and the Pastor, himself a Korean war veteran (101st Airborne) had an intense message. But the kicker for the whole thing was my wife's solo, America the Beautiful.
She's a great soprano, and sang four of the verses. Before she was done with the first verse, all were standing. At the end she repeated the first verse and the entire congregation joined. I love living in small town in a conservative state (Arizona)
