Thank you, rmorrison1116. Yes, the Canon RF 800 lens is a winner. Very sharp on a cloudy or a sunshine day. It's as sharp as my EF 300 2.8 ($6000 lens) for a lot less money. Of course it's very effective when you use it with a Canon R7, R5, R3 ETC. According to Ken Rockwell (camera reviewer) and myself, the R7 is just as sharp as my R5 and with the extra reach, it is great on distant bird shots. So, 1.6 (R7) x RF 800 = 1280mm. The lens and camera are very light and can easily be hand-held.
