Hell, on Grand Cayman Island

In Novemeber 2009 I took a cruise of the Caribbean Sea. One of the ports was Grand Cayman Island. We visited several interesting spots, one of which was a place called "Hell", the site of some jagged rocks. My Topic for Grand Cayman was getting too big so I pulled out some photos of specific sites for their own Topics. This is one of them.

My wife and I have been going to the Cayman's for almost 50 years. When we first went to GC The only hotel was the Royal Palms and they were building the Holiday Inn. Did my scuba on Cayman Brac.
Georgetown had about a dozen stores and the Cracked Conch was in town. Through the years we must have mailed a hundred post cards from Hell. Great place and wonderful people.

You know, I think that woman without the sunglasse was there 30 years ago...
I seem to remember the rocks being darker like in the pano but either way I like the compositions.
It had been said that our job as a photographer is to tell a story and/or evoke an emotion.
For me you have the latter idea in spades, thank you again for sharing.
