My Ooma telephone base unit arrived last night, so I'm ready to accept suggestions and directions. I'm thinking I should get it working before I disconnect from Spectrum. I'll also have to get YouTube TV working.
Ooma almost sets itself up, but if you run into problems, their customer service is great. Once you get someone on the phone he or she can walk you through it, even take over and do the setup remotely.
I just got two oooma office phones for my office. Two lines, two fax numbers, virtual receptionist....the works, and it works!
