I have been using PSE starting with 7-8-9-10. I have been using PSE 10 for about a year now. Has anybody used PSE 10, and moved up tp PSE 11? If so, is there a big enough change from 10-11 to make it worth while?

I think so. It's more like Photoshop, it runs better on my computer, and it seems to open and handle lRAW files much more easily. . . .

I love PSE 11.

I was at Costco (Kirkland, WA) yesterday and they had a good sale on PSE11. I don't remember the exact price but it was a goodly percentage off.......
Don't personally use PSE so I can't tell you the differences

Good shooting

Costco $49.99 through Nov. 25. Our local store in California did not have it marked as a special but at the register the discount was given. Includes a coupon for 50 prints (if you need it).

Certainly if you are a new user. The user interface is dramatically improved.

I don't know if the new features would justify an update from 10, though, and do know you'll have to learn the new interface which will be a bit troubling. But it's probably as well done now as later as they will build on this new one in the future.

Amazon now has 11 for $50. So does Costco.

You should have used Wendy2's link. There is a discount of $30 until 11/25/12.

I got lucky and bought PSE 10 about 2 weeks before 11 was released. When it was, Adobe sent me an email and gave me a free upgrade! However, I personally prefer 10 over 11, and now that I've started using Lightroom I use it for the bulk of my PP.

What about 10 do you prefer over 11?

(Other than being used to its terrible user interface)

Actually, it's the interface that I like better. Being new to digital PP, I took to it surprisingly easy and I find that 11's interface is just a little "user friendly" for my taste. Just a personal preference thing I guess. I don't do a lot of heavy editing, just mainly exposure corrections and cropping and now that I've discovered Lightroom, I use it pretty nuch exclusively, and use either PSE 10 or 11 when I want to play around a bit.

Price on the package in California was $79.99 but checking out paid $49.99 on Nov. 10. Online JUSt NOW the price is still $49.99 through Nov. 25th "while supplies last".
