I am currently using Mac Big Sur 11.7.2 as my operating system. I really like the features of Topaz Studio Two, but unfortunately Topaz is no longer supporting this plug-in. I extensively use the Precision Contrast, AI clear, and other features of Studio Two that are no longer provided by Topaz in their current product line up.
My question is does anyone have any information as to whether or not Topaz Studio Two will continue to operate under an upgraded macOS, specifically Monterey or Ventura? I would like to upgrade the OS but if it would cause Studio Two fail to operate then I will keep Big Sur as my OS. Any assistance or experience with this would really be appreciated.
I did go on the Topaz website and they do say Studio Two is compatible with both of those upgrades – however I would like some personal experience from a real time user if possible. Thank you.
I changed PCs and can't, so far, get it to run. I installed it, but it refuses a password.
I know it is not a Mac, but when I bought Studio 2 I was on Windows 10. It is freshly installed on my new Windows 11 computer and, with a few extra tries, it got past the password. I now works.
Hope someone with Mac experience helps you out.
While Topaz will no longer update Studio 2 it does work fine on the latest Mac software. I use it often.

I am on Monterey OS and Studio 2 works well as a standalone, or when accessed via Lightroom Classic (latest version). I have not been able to access it as a plug in to Photoshop.
I use both studio and studio 2 on my m1 Mac running latest version of Ventura. Both run fine though 2 is slower than 1. If you purchased 2 you should be able to download a copy of it on their website after logging in.
However I expect at sometime a update to either my macOS or post processing software will break it.
It is unfortunate Topaz killed it. The Topaz Facebook group has most of its posts being images developed with Studio. Since I have other apps that do what their current apps as well or better I made a decision to not renew my Sharpen AI, DeNoise AI, or Gigapixel AI apps. I am looking for a Mac solution to replace Studio.

I'm using Impresso Pro, got it super cheap during a recent sale. I don't like it as well as Studio but I'm not proficient with it yet either, so I may come to like it over time.

I’d looked at Impresso before and while it is not terribly expensive at $50 if I want all the features of Topaz Studio 2 I would need to buy their pro pac at $160.. not sure it is worth it.
I use Topaz 2, version 2.3.2
Just upgraded my Macbook Air from Monterey to Ventura 13.2
I'm happy to report that Topaz 2, as accessed through my PS Elements 2022, continues to work just fine
