Surprise Delivery from Adorama

UPS says I have a package coming today from Adorama. Since I didn't order anything from them, that was a surprise. Then I realized it's probably a little tripod that I ordered for my son from Amazon. That's happened before with Amazon and Adorama. At least I thought that's what it was. Looking at Amazon, the seller is LPDSelfie. Well, time will tell. Maybe Adorama is sending me a gift for being a good customer over the years.
EDIT: Got it! It's a quart of Chromakey paint, and it's arriving next Friday, not today. I bet you didn't know that Adorama sold paint. B&H sells that paint, too, for $103/gallon, which is less than Amazon charges.

I, too, have reached the age where I can't remember what I ordered. I get a package...my wife asks "what did you get", and I answer "I don't know".

Neither my husband or myself can ever remember what we ordered. Seems like Christmas for every delivery. It's so much fun. If it is photography related I will even dance around a bit!

I’m at the age where I too forget what I ordered. I just order stuff so the letter carrier or FedEx person or UPS person will keep their job. Besides, if there is a hot pot of coffee on the stove I’ll offer them some.

That reminds me of the time when I was in pharmacy school. A friend and I decided to clean out an old storeroom. We came across huge old Erlenmeyer flask. We filled it up with cut fruit and water and yeast. We hid it in the storeroom and forgot about it for about three weeks. We discovered a Abderhalden’s Drying apparatus. We hooked up the disgusting and putrid mess of “fruit juice.” About an hour later, our makeshift still generated 95% Alcohol. What a huge haul! During a party, my friend and I spiked the party punch. Holy crap! Everyone was getting drunk! I wish I had a video of us taking the punch bowl out to the water faucet and filling it up. I’m so glad that no one found out about it. At least until now!!!
