If character.ai is anything like ChatGPT, then the content the AI system is trained on is a huge corpus of (typically) publicly available information. Wikipedia is a very popular option, given its rich and diverse content, and curated, grammatical text.

I wonder if ChatGPT is up and running. It was swamped with users and had to shut down. Yes, it's up and running.
