I've had the opinion for several years that there are many, aligning themselves with the democratic party, who are seeking make the U.S. into another Cuba, Venezuela, if not Stalinist Russa. To me it now seems as if they are stepping forward faster and I wonder if the current Democratic leadership are not leaders of that movement who believe now is their time. I more certainly now understand the wisdom behind the 2nd Amendment!
