2 3/4 inch slide viewing

My mom found my grandmas old slides (over 500!) but they do not fit in her slide projector, which is for the standard 2x2 inch mounts. My grandma's slides are 2 3/4 inch square. Is there a viewer or projector that would fit that size mount? I've tried to look online but it seems like most are for 2x2. Thanks!

There were Hasselblad projectors back in the 1980s. You might find a used one. Or, you could have the slides digitized (scanned, or copied with a macro lens).

There were. Probably no new ones around.

Keep checking ebay. Rolleiflex marketed a few models over the years. There may have been other makers.

Here is one which takes both the larger 6x6 cm slides as well as 35 mm slides.

Whatever projector you find—matching trays may be more difficult to source. Good luck.
