The Item. The Replacement Parts.
We all know that there are lots of temporary brands offered online, especially on Amazon. I bought a two-pack of Fairywill electric toothbrushes from Amazon. The twin pack was on sale for $35. I've been using one while my Oral-B takes a couple of days to charge. Yesterday, it occurred t me that I'll need replacement brushes eventually, so I looked on Amazon. Not surprisingly, they do not sell the Fairywill toothbrush any longer. They have others that look similar with different names. Fortunately, they do sell replacement brush heads, so I bought eight for $12.
That's something I had never considered. Will replacement parts be available for an off brand when I need them? I usually buy brand name products, but when I buy generics, I'll get replacement parts at the same time.
What surprised me about the Fairywill brush heads is the large number of toothbrush models listed. Mine is Model 507, and I'm glad they had the heads available.
Oral b battery are lasting for years and you still find replacement brushes. Especially the replacement brushes from an other brand is maybe difficult to get after a while……just saying

It would be nice if the bottom would unscrew so I could eventually replace the battery. I've had to throw out a couple of electric brushes with dead batteries. I currently have a dead Sonicare. I tried replacing the battery in a toothbrush years ago - easier said than done.
I now have ten brush heads for the Fairywills, so they might outlast the toothbrushes.
I think the same goes for electric razors. Replacement blades (heads) seem non existent for Chinese brands. They are truly disposable when the blades get dull.

Years ago, I bought a Panasonic razor. I wanted to buy a replacement set of cutters. It was less expensive to buy another razor. Strange marketing. The cutters eventually got cheaper, so now I have two working razors.
EDIT: It's good I looked. The part number has changed, but the foil and blades cost just $21 as a set. Good deal. I'll have to wait ten days to get them, though.

And if it takes 2 days to charge the Oral-B, its battery is probably near death. My old one took 22 years to live its last charging. My new one takes only 30 minutes to recharge.

The question you ask is one of the significant factors in government contracting. The requirements frequently include decades of maintenance and parts availability. A real challenge as suppliers go out of business and alternative parts must be sourced. On-going challenge.

Interesting. It's always taken two days. Mine has the induction charger. It sits inside a ring.
