Who says you don't own it? If you create the file you own it I would think.

If the computer belongs to the company and the programs belong to the company then the data belongs to the company. The girly pictures belong to you and can get you fired. As for E-mail, if company related then it belongs to the company - if it belongs to you but it is still on a company computer, they can look at your e-mail, I would think.
