Fog and mist..... in Arizona?

Wilderness Images Loc: Apache Junction, AZ.

I was out for my morning walk-about well prior to sunrise, as I walked down the damp streets, I couldn't help but notice the morning fog and how it was highlighted by the streetlights. When my walk was finished, I took my camera/tripod out into the driveway and snapped a couple of shots of the yardlight with a streetlight in the background, all surrounded by a mild drizzle and light fog.

The exposure time ran for the full 30 seconds. The yardlight doesn't have any power so I selected the lampost to slightly lighten it, then selected the glass panels and lightened them to give the appearance of a glowing lamp in the darkness.

So far, this has been a rainy December that I hope extends on into January, it this happens, we can expect a highly colorful spring bloom, something we haven't had for a few years now.

Thanks for viewing and hopes for a Happy New Year to all.
