Satisfaction ratings for UHH classified, and E-bay don't really matter, it is the individual sellers rating that counts.
E-bay has many trustworthy sellers, and some not so trustworthy, same as with any seller anywhere (would you stop shopping at all stores a mall just because one of the them gave you a bad deal?)

D70s - Ebay Refurb Camera dealer - Cameta
D200 - Hunts Camera used
D300 - Ebay used - private party
D600 - Discontinued New- Best Buy - $600 discount
D800 - Refurb Ebay- sold it years later
D700 - Used - Ebay - Japanese dealer- 2 years ago- under 2500 clicks - Nothing beats a classic.
D850 - Full retail new - Best Buy- finally back in stock
D800 - Low mileage used - UHH - seller's regret
Everyone's journey will be different.
New acrylic print arrived yesterday. Schoodic Peninsula sunrise. D700 and a 58mm Voigtlander. Old school. But still crushes it.

Precision Camera in Austin, TX, has a fairly extensive used selection and I’ve found their classifications to be spot on.
