Thank you, Frank. The first one was the planned shot of the Sunset, but I also like the more dramatic image of the afterglow and wet sand second image. Crazy thing was because I was using a 50mm Lens (on a CF Camera) and I wanted to get a bit closer to the Wet sand for my later few images, and some visitor lady came over to our vehicle that I was shooting from and said we were not supposed to be driving on the wet sand as to protect the Pismo Clams that are endangered. It is true their populations are depleted along California's coast and I am all for people not digging small ones up and eating them. This is we were stopped and getting ready to leave and drive home. I did not get to explain that I am partially disabled and can not walk on or use a wheelchair on the beach sand. So I took my photos from my vehicle. Did we even drive over any clams? Also, funny, the shore "rangers" were driving along the waterline themselves. Oh, Well.

It takes all, Mike. Btw did you get up to the butterfly grove this year. I missed it. Just wondering if if it was good this year.

No, I personally did not but my wife walked our dogs by the Butterfly Grove on Highway 1 (1st Street). I have heard that the population count is up this year! The last time I was there, there were not a lot of Butterflies. But we do see Monarch and other Butterflies in our yard in the City of Grover Beach much of the year.
