The Con Man that became President of the USA, most powerful person in the world at the time, is facing a slow moving Judicial system that has its focus on him. Most people might be worried about such a thing. I do not believe he will serve time in a cell. Do you?

If the Supreme Court long ago ruled organizations have rights as individuals why is the trump organization not going to jail just like individuals would in a criminal case ?

He may die of old age before all of the appeals are done. But I would like to see him in jail, if for no other reason than to prove no one is above the law.

Be great to see him in the slammer, but I'd be happy if he just lost everything and had to live off social security.

I can imagine DJT being criminally convicted but it would be awkward to put him in a prison. I suggest that he be given an ankle bracelet and put on permanent house arrest at Mar a lago.

The problem with Biden is that there is nothing to convict him about. He is squeaky clean as politicians go and while you may dislike his policies, none of them are criminal activities. DJT has been engaged in criminality throughout his life and being President did not stop that. Note that DJT has taken the donations since he left office as something to enrich his personal bank account. I hope that makes you donors happy with sending him money.
