Just some shots of my travels here in paradise (South Carolina). There is always something to see or do in the Lowcountry.
Being retired is hard and tedious work. It takes a strong He man to handle to daily chores of what one is going to do today...... Golf, photo birds, play cards, bocce, beach........ Sorry, I have to rest now.
enjoy the photos. I am a novice and I don't mind critiques as long as you know what you are talking about. I just want to get better all of the time.
These are nice Way2slk. Fun diversity. Thanks for posting!

I lived in the low country, N Charleston, during the early 70s. Enjoyed the area except for July and August h & h. I’m liking your photos, especially the last two and the gator and snake. About a 1/2 mi from our home was a lazy river with condos built between the trees. Both were common sights when wandering along the river’s edge. The snakes liked trees as well. Thanks for sharing. And go easy on the retirement. It’s meant to last.
Nice set. Especially the last two. I hate snakes.
First one has everyone and everything sliding to the left. Watch your horizon. others are really good, to me.
I'm impressed by the diversity and detail of these photos. The only criticism (and it may be just me) is that the first photo is tilted, and it detracts from the impact. I tried straightening it and it was more pleasing to me. Again, this might just be a personal preference. What kit were you using? The detail and lighting were great. And, you are right, retirement is only for the strong.
thank you Jeff, I will straighten to give it more of an impact and make it inviting.
Very nice set! We love your area, being Hilton Head visitors every year. Beaufort and Port Royal, IMO, are excellent photos ops that are often overlooked.
On the snake photo, the white corner is very distracting. If you have a photo editor with a clone tool, it would only take a couple seconds to fill it in.
The first image, as has been already mentioned, is tilted and needs correction.
My favorites are the last two ones.
I don't know which "Lil Sumbitch" you mean, but for me it would be the snake. I grew up with copperheads crawling up in the yard.
