At the end of our day visiting Grand Canyon West, we stopped by Hoover Dam on the way back to Las Vegas. The sun was setting, so I skipped the tour of the inside of the dam and took shots as the sun set.
Of course, as in most federal parks, animals have the right of way. While I was in the parking lot waiting for the dam tour participants, local animals set out for an evening stroll. We got past them on the way out, but I do not know how they were handled.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.
Dam good photos, UTMike. Here's hoping much-needed water will find its way there.

Thanks, Gary, the river and lakes around the dam are very low.
I appreciate that thumbs up, Bill.
Another beautiful set Mike. The "Bath Tub Ring" really shows how low the water is.

Thanks, Jack, Lake Mead looked worse, but I could not get a good shot.
Nicely done, Mike. Love the burrows.

Great set Mike. You did a great job getting detail in the shadows without blowing anything..

Thanks for your generous comment, Frank.
Nice images, the evening stroll might work in monochrome.
