Looks like much of this car's design was borrowed from a 38-40 Ford. The big difference is that Henry knew how to build dependable cars!

Thanks! Actually the front end design is unique and different than other 1939 Topolinos. It came about by virtue of it being a custom bodied car by Italian coachbuilder Garavini. And, I do see the similarity to Ford and other US cars from that period.
