PS an LR user for many years with acredited training. im been having issues with LR water marking for a few months now. i try to load a graphic (png) and LR ignores it. even if i select no watermark LR fails to export "watermark fail" i have been having to use PS to lay on a mark, make the required changes and save as jpeg. many extra steps and idk &## why.

BTW, doesn't appear to be that much trouble to lay a watermark down in Photoshop.

there is more to it than that, u also have to set bit depth, resolution, color space, image size, add mark, flatten and save jpeg to LR and sync. most of that can be done with an action but it would be much faster if i could export from LR.

Is the trouble with the png format? I have a friend who hates it.
