Once we left Cook's Old Mill, we turned onto Hans Creek Rd., which took us through a valley of well kept farms spread across rolling hills. After rambling through the farming backroads, we drove over to view Pipestem Falls.
Some of my favorite places to photograph throughout the rest of the trip turned out to be the creek crossings!

I love to hear that, Latsok--these posts are my way of paying forward all the inspiration I get from seeing images from other people's travel.

Happy to share my efforts at conveying the loveliness of the places I am privileged to visit, Jim. Beauty is the convergence of place, season, and light. We were very fortunate in all three.

And you have described my feelings as I clicked the shutter, Joe! I especially love anything with water.
