...of the ever popular, one year only, 1963 Corvette split window coupe. This outrageously beautiful Corvette concept from 2009 with it's more Camaro-esque side profile and it's Cadillac-esque front facade became a movie star in a Transformer movie back in the day. Too bad it never became a star at the local Chevrolet dealer's showroom floors.

This vehicle was a major player in the developement of the C-7. Its body was used for much of the styling employed for the new Corvette. It was A star, not THE star.

Its too bad the concept cars very seldom if ever hit the market in their entirety, only parts of the concept design are used in production.
When I saw the concept car for the Mustang I fell in love with it, When it hit the dealers I thought it was the ugliest car ever, I hated the Mustangs until the Fastbacks came out

well, one thing is certain Frank, this Corvette concept should have gone into production, it's design is flawless IMO!
