Nice photos!! I do feel sorry for the duck and, yes, I know the eagle has to eat, too. I really like #3!!!

Wow - I've never seen an eagle tag a duck and where I go there are always many opportunities. I guess this eagle got tired of fish.

Saw one take a great blue heron in the parking lot at Costco a couple years backā€¦never seen or heard of that before either.
