Finally was able to attend ,the Rumble at the Ruins . Located in Glen Rock, Pa. ,it is an old warehouse complex being preserved for artists and the community. The site hosts numerous events thru out the year . One large event is the Arts and Brew fest .
Here is an excerpt from their site ,RULES OF THE RUINS:
Our goal is to stabilize and improve Ruins Hall for artists, event planners, community organizations, and artists.
Most activities are free and encouraged! In the event we charge a fee, that money will always stay in Glen Rock and go towards maintenance of the property.
You are welcome to visit, enjoy the artwork, and take pictures, as long as there is not an event going on. If you are taking commercial photography, you will need to email us for permissions.
Please note that Ruins Park is private property. When you enter the Park, you do so at your own risk. Ruins Park is actually the remains of an old warehouse, and as such, there are hazards present. Use caution while you're there, and help us keep the Hall clean. Please dispose of trash and recycling in the appropriate containers.
Painting at Ruins Hall is by invitation only. If you are interested in painting, please contact us. Unauthorized painting is strictly prohibited and subject to prosecution.
Ruins Park is also available for rental for private events. If you are interested in rental, please message or email us for more details. Enjoy your time at Ruins Hall.

Here is a video I found online ,there are several more on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n35p9epUPoI

It was a nice day trip and a chance to finally shoot my car in the Ruins plus meet friends from Maryland that we don't get to see enough. Hope you enjoy

I'm pretty sure the first one was the same as our family car when I was a kid, "pretend-driving" in the side driveway.
Except that ours didn't have near the shine as this one.

I'm supposing it is a '49 or '50 Chevy? I don't remember any color other than basic black.

Nice shots, thanks.
