Updated my 27" iMac last evening. Everything went without a hitch.

I updated mine as well but it took half an hour to load and had to restart, twice. Took over an hour. I spent the extra money for an Apple product and although I'm still happy with it, updating Apple's OS has become ominously similar to what it used to take to update Windows. Once updated, everything works fine.
