Basil_O, Transbuff 1985, and 13 nailed it. It's a 1965 Ford Fairlane (not Canadian btw). They came with a 289. Obviously an aftermarket hood and it could be a "Thunderbolt " hood or an imposter hood (it's kind of hard to see). But it's without a doubt a 1965 American Ford Fairlane.

Definitely a 1965 For Fairlane 500. I had one, although it did not have that hood. The 289 was common in both models.
