Does it really make any difference. FJB IS the President, isn't he? If it was any other President his words would be expected to be law or the last word, he said it so he meant it, so to speak. But since Biden is a mentally deficient moron his words are constantly reworded until they might seem to make some sense.
I can't help but wonder when Biden will be officially recognized as not right in the head and will be removed from office. He never should have run for office to begin with.
