Monopod

I used my 20 year old monopod yesterday for the first time and it made a difference. I know, I know...duh. I just never bothered using it. I'm going to give this one to my granddaughter and get another for me. Any suggestions? Carbon fiber preferably.
I know the next to the last one is a begonia and the last, of course is a mum, but I don't know what the first three are (all the same). Any help?

In the last month I've bought a VANGUARD combination monopod (with tri feet) and ball head. My initial assessment is that it's good value for money. The locks on the sections are very good, the ball head not as smooth as my Giotto, but the clamp is secure. If you've the budget I'd probably look at something more upmarket but I feel offers good VFM.

I have the Robus, reasonably priced and really like it. (It is the only monopod I have ever used, so I have nothing to compare it to)

I just did my homework on you tube and came to the conclusion that I'd be happy with the Robus RCM 439 which I just ordered from ebay. Thank you for the lead.
