It is so strange that you apply this tactic to Biden. Clearly, when Trump created the “Big Lie” about election fraud, when every court, the Attorney General, the Homeland Security administrator, all election authorities, concluded that there was no significant election fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Trump still repeats and repeats that he won the election—-the Big Lie”, despite all evidence that the people chose Biden.

Actually, no court action has gotten far enough into a case for a thorough examination of evidence. Almost all of the actions brought were dismissed on technicalities and legal maneuvers brought by the Dems. There is also the fact that every one of the attempted investigations and forensic audits have been fought tooth and nail by the Democrat party.
Odd isn't it that the party who always demands every vote be counted is always the first in line to fight any audit or investigation attempted to insure every LEGAL vote was counted.

Biden is not leading a cult. There are liberals and there are Conservatives—-that is the way it should be. But the only cult leader, at this time is Trump.
